Cancellation Policy

In the event that the customer cannot start the booked stay, he is obliged to pay the operator a cancellation fee in the following amount:

Cancellation of the stay 60 or more days before the start date: 30% of the total price of thereserved stay

(the operator will return 20% of the advance paid to the customer to the account from whichthe advance was paid)

Cancellation of the stay 30 or more days before the start date: 50% of the total price of thereserved stay

(the customer forfeits the full amount of the advance payment, the operator is not obliged to return any financial compensation to the customer)

Cancellation of stay 29 to 14 days before the start date: 70% of the total price of the bookedstay

(the customer forfeits the paid deposit + is obliged to pay financial compensation to theoperator in the amount of an additional 20% of the total price of the reserved stay on theaccount of the operator within 14 days of a written request from the operator).

Cancellation of the stay 14 days or less before the start date: 100% of the total price of thereserved stay

(the customer forfeits the advance paid in favor of the operator + is obliged to pay financialcompensation to the operator in the amount of an additional 50% of the total price of thereserved stay on the account of the operator within 14 days of a written request from theoperator)
